• All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update regarding the shipment status.

Delivery Time

• Delivery times vary based on city and courier service.
• Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
• Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges (Weight-Based)

• Base shipping charge: PKR 180 for up to 1 kg
• Additional weight: PKR 100 per extra kg

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and apply nationwide across Pakistan.

Important Delivery Information

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
• OmniShop.pk will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed attempts caused by:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply, and the customer will be responsible for the additional cost.
