At OmniShop.pk, we offer a 7-day exchange policy only to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Mandatory Opening Video (Very Important)

Customers must record a clear, unedited video while opening the package from the sealed condition.

This video is mandatory for any exchange request related to:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items

Exchange requests without an opening video will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and inserts are intact

Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping charges.
  • A PKR 250 exchange delivery fee applies to every exchange request.
  • Shipping charges will only be covered by OmniShop.pk if the issue occurred due to our mistake (wrong or faulty item).

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number, reason for exchange, opening video, and photos (if required).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide exchange instructions.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • No refunds or cash returns are offered under any circumstances.
  • OmniShop.pk reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet this policy.
