Refund & Returns Policy
At OmniShop.pk, we offer a 7-day exchange policy only to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Mandatory Opening Video (Very Important)
Customers must record a clear, unedited video while opening the package from the sealed condition.
This video is mandatory for any exchange request related to:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items
❗ Exchange requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and inserts are intact
Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping charges.
- A PKR 250 exchange delivery fee applies to every exchange request.
- Shipping charges will only be covered by OmniShop.pk if the issue occurred due to our mistake (wrong or faulty item).
Exchange Process
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, reason for exchange, opening video, and photos (if required).
- Our team will review your request and provide exchange instructions.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- No refunds or cash returns are offered under any circumstances.
- OmniShop.pk reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet this policy.
